How do I access my web hosting Cpanel?
When you receive your welcome email it will contain full details on how to access your Cpanel along with your user name and password which you will need.

You can access your Control Panel by typing www.yourdomain.co.uk/cpanel (replacing yourdomain.co.uk with your own domain name). You will then be prompted for your user name and password for security reasons.

Can I change the password to my Cpanel?
The answer to this question is no. However, you can email us with your new password and / or user name and we will change it for you fee of charge. This normally takes up to 24 hours to do.
