Can
I check if my domain name is available?
Yes you can use the whois
form on our Domain Search page or any other Domain Registration company
such as 123reg, ukreg etc to see if the domain you require is available. At
1stChoiceWebHost we always recommend that you consider purchasing both the
.co.uk domain and the .com version in order to the competition from setting
up a similar site and stealing your customers.

Yes because we have no minimum contracts you are free to move
your domain name and hosting at any time. In the case of .co.uk
it is simply a matter of letting us have the new IPSTAG so
that we can make the changes. In the case of
.coms you have to send us an email authorising the release and then request
the new domain name company put in a transfer request. Although
we do not charge for this we cannot guarantee the new company wont so make

I
made a spelling mistake. How do I correct it?
All information except the Domain Name can be changed. In
the case Domain Names once they have been been registered changes
cannot be made and we cannot refund the money. You will need
to order an additional name with the correct spelling. However,
we will point both domains to the webspace in case any of your visitors
make the same mistake. It is therefore vital you check the
spelling of the domain name before ordering.
